Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original condition and packaging.
Eligibility
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging with all labels/tags intact.
- Not eligible: Used items, visibly worn or damaged through use, or customized/branded products (unless defective on arrival).
Defects or Damage on Arrival
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Return Process
- Email or WhatsApp us with your order ID, photos, and reason for return.
- We’ll review your request, approve the return, and share pickup or return address details.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your replacement or refund within 3–7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or wrong item: We cover the return shipping.
- Change of mind, wrong size, or variant change: Customer pays return shipping.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed via the original payment method or as store credit — your choice.
Warranty Note
Some products (e.g., sports balls, training gear) naturally show wear with use. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
